Add-On/Certificate Courses at YSM

Our institution offers a wide range of capacity-building courses, also known as add-on/skill development/bridge courses, that provide practical exposure and equip students with the skills demanded by employers of present times, which presents an opportunity to bridge any existing gaps in the curriculum through integrated learning. By identifying specific areas that require further attention, the college plans to offer courses that complement the core curriculum, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience for students.

These courses are either free or available at a low cost to ensure equal access for all students, taking into account their financial constraints. In the academic year 2023-2024, YSM has successfully conducted 14 certificate courses/add-on-courses.
